What helps us investigate an issue

Do not send confidential documents unless necessary. If a file fails to open or an interactive tool encounters an issue, the following details are usually enough:

  • Your browser name and version (e.g. Chrome 132 on Windows 11, Safari 18 on iOS).
  • Which tool or feature was active (e.g. PDF Stage color inversion, a Timelapse session).
  • Approximate file dimensions, page count, or action sequence.
  • Any error messages displayed in the browser developer console.
